Introduction

Welcome to Pulter.co (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms of service (the "Terms of Service") and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that may apply. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

Communications

By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link.

Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, we will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.

Fee Changes

Our company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.

We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

Refunds

Paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 13 years old. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service. If you are under 13 years old, you may not use the Site.

Changes to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Service at any time. Please check these Terms of Service periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept those changes.

Intellectual Property

Disclaimer of Warranties

Indemnification

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be held in the County of San Francisco, California.

If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Termination
